Kostya has several qualifications in law. He was awarded a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law from Western Sydney University. All his grades were ‘distinction’ or ‘high distinction’ and Kostya was on the Law School’s Dean’s Merit List. Prior to that, he graduated with a Master’s degree in Law.
Kostya succeeded in the Capstone Assessment for migration agents, which is notorious for its high failure rate. On average, only 13-22% of students are able to clear this exam.
Kostya is currently doing a PhD in Law at the University of Adelaide, one of Australia’s best research institutions and a proud member of the Group of Eight. Kostya’s dissertation is about the reviews of migration decisions by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). His legal research experience gives him specialized knowledge that he can use for the benefit of his clients.
Kostya always follows the Code of Conduct for migration agents which is available here. It is recommended that clients read the Code as well as the Consumer guide prior to signing their agreement for immigration advice and assistance.
Kostya will be honest about the probability of success of your application and treats every client with care.
