NB: 449 and 786 holders can’t apply for other visas until they leave Australia. Please, keep that in mind while watching this video. Also, we have clarified this development in our most recent video here.
449 and 786 can be used to meet requirements for other visas (partner, skilled, employer sponsored), but the application for these other visas will have to be made from outside Australia.
